Below are costs associated with registration and renewal of Annual Memberships. To attend the Annual Meeting, you or your institution will also need to have your member dues up to date. Upon submission of the form, AGPIM treasurer will be in contact with you regarding payment and invoicing. Thank you!
Note: the form does allow you to register more than one person if so desired, upon which you will be invoiced as one group.
